A durable sole extends slightly up the boot in key areas to increase durability and foot protection. The sole is solid underneath the split toe, which means no hang-ups with the leash getting caught between the toes. An UltraStretch neoprene ankle panel - Xcel's stretchiest and softest available - adds comfort and stretch to help get the boot on and off. The glued and blindstitched Pressure Bonded taped seams form an excellent watertight, durable seal; the outer Velcro strap and pull loop are also Pressure Bonded onto the boot.
